The Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg (Liebfrauenmünster zu Straßburg, as it is called in German) is a Roman Catholic cathedral, with a long history. Its construction started in 1015 and lasted until 1439. Its architecture is said to be a combination of the two styles: Gothic and Romanesque. Erwin von Steinbach is credited for major contributions, between 1277 and 1318.
